I am Patrick J. Malloy and I have been a licensed California Attorney since December, 1994.
I have been preparing QDROs since 1998. I closed my Divorce Practice in October, 2006 to concentrate 100% of my law practice on QDRO and Joinder Preparation.
My rate for Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) and other Retirement Plan Court Orders are discounted when paid within the early payment discount period. To facilitate timely payments, I offer a discount of $100.00 per QDRO when my Fee is paid within 10 days of the date of the Bill and Opening Email.
My Flat fee schedule for QDRO Preparation is also discounted by an additional $50.00 per QDRO when their are multiple QDROs on a case.

Please Note: Extra Fees may apply for Calculations to determine an Alternate Payee’s Award if the Participant in a 401(k) Plan, 403(b) Plan, a 457 Plan, (i.e., a Defined Contribution Plan), or in an IRA has a Pre-Marriage Separate Property Interest, or if the Retirement Plan has changed Record Keepers since Marital Separation and the Alternate Payee’s Award must be valued as of a date after Marital Separation.
